The private company PROEN has been established in year 1995 in accordance with the Commercial Code reading its following regulations.

The partners of the company and CEOs are  MSc. Iva Fabušová and assoc.prof. MSc. Michal Fabuš, PhD.

The company is registered at Bussiness Register on County Court, Bratislava I, Series: Sro, Inlay Nr.: 14660/B

The main areas of company activities are consulting in energy and environment, project development, project management and municipal public relations in the field of power supply and environment, using the knowledge and experiences of particular experts in above mentioned areas of expertise.

PROEN operates as an energy auditor in accordance with § 14 of Act no. 321/2014 Coll. on Energy Efficiency ("the Act"), is registered in the list of providers of energy support services in accordance with § 16 of the Act (decision no. 19976 / 2015-4100-30696) and the list of providers of energy services with a guarantee of energy savings according to § 19 (Decision no. 19976 / 2015-4100-30703).

Expert teams of the company provides to municipalities, institutions, industrial companies and businesses; energy audits, energy concepts, industrial and municipal studies, feasibility studies, financial analysis, economic analysis and other documents of investment projects, business plans, applications for financial support from national and European funds.

The private company PROEN Bratislava in its actual shape has been working since January 1997, but the team of consultants has been continuing its activities for more than 20 years until now, in the field of environment and energy savings. We have gained considerable experiences not only from local, but also from international projects (PHARE, ISPA, Cohesion fund,  EBRD, WB,  and bilateral co-operation), being a part of realisation team.

PROEN Bratislava, as a counselling company, is registered with the European Commission in the CCR, and thus is eligible to participate on tenders called by EC. The registration number is SLK°22557.

PROEN is a member of the Association of Industrial Ecology in Slovakia (ASPEK).

PROEN is a member of the Association of Energy Managers of Slovakia (ASENEM).
